What you’ll be doing:


This leadership position will involve working with our client teams, playing a prominent role in the management and direction of a broad range of research (qualitative and quantitative) and analytic projects.


The successful candidate will have the ability to identify research and advanced analytic solutions that best support client business needs, along with solid experience in project management. The capability to evaluate large amounts of consumer data and cull out key insights to support data-driven marketing, voice-of-the-customer (VoC) and customer experience (CX) programs is a must.


You will be responsible for:


· Design, manage and deliver client analyses, including customer sentiment analyses, customer journey optimization analyses, customer segmentation solutions, predictive modeling and CX and marketing program measurement strategies


· Design and manage qualitative and quantitative research studies


· Advise clients on voice-of-the-customer (VoC) best practices and implementation opportunities


· Utilize speech and text mining tools to uncover actionable customer insights


· Project management responsibilities, including client communication, internal team management, scheduling and the packaging and presentation of deliverables


· Ensure that client deliverables are produced on-time and error-free


· Occasional travel


Desired Skills and Experience:


· 7+ years of experience in research / analytic roles applying insights across marketing, CX and VoC business functions (mandatory)


· 2+ years utilizing speech and/or text analytics tools (mandatory) – familiarity creating speech and/or text mining categorization models


· Demonstrated ability to interpret research and analytic output and provide strategic recommendations


· Client and project management skills


· Knowledge of basic statistical concepts (e.g. significance testing, sampling, etc.) and working knowledge of multivariate statistics (i.e., regression analysis, decision-tree analysis, cluster analysis, etc.)


· Strong verbal and written communication skills


· Comfortable working in team-oriented, deadline driven environment


· Proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint, working knowledge of SAS, CallMiner and Business Intelligence (BI) tools a plus


· Graduate degree in business, economics or quantitative methods preferable
