Heathcare Call Center's 29th Annual Conference
Healthcare call centers continue to grow in importance as health delivery systems recognize the value they can contribute toward the patient experience. As such, call centers must swiftly move into high gear to successfully meet this challenge. Among the many ways that call centers can enhance the patient experience are such things as making it easier for patients to find and schedule physician appointments, connect with a nurse at any time of the day or night for advice or triage, schedule an ancillary visit, and receive a discharge call from a nurse to check on how they are doing now that they are back at home. “Navigating in the Fast Lane” is our theme this year from our first pre-conference workshop, “The STP Formula for Growth: Strategy, Technology and People” to our final session on “Making Your Call Center a Calling.” By the end of the conference you will be able to take away concrete ideas that will help you enhance your value to your healthcare organization.
The conference will be held at the Little America Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah, an upscale hotel in downtown Salt Lake City close to restaurants and other amenities. The city’s light rail goes to and from the airport and stops in front of the hotel. Salt Lake City itself sits between two spectacular ranges of the Rocky Mountains, offering an amazing panorama.
