I am a self-proclaimed conversation analytics nerd, and thoroughly enjoy working at CallMiner. The Customer Success Organization ROCKS!!! I have been a Customer Success Director since June of 2017. Prior to working for CallMiner, I ran the speech analytics program for a web retail and fulfillment organization in Cincinnati, OH.
Outside work, I am still a nerd. I live in West Chester, OH with my wife and dog. We enjoy being outside and spending time together. My sons and I enjoy anything science fiction/fantasy and can tell you more about Star Wars than you ever wanted to know.
