'virtual phones' vs. physical phones

Good morning Everyone -


Is anyone using 'virtual phones'? We have Cisco phones with some agents using a 'virtual phone' on their computers instead of a physical phone at their desk. We are doing accuracy comparisons to see if there is better results with 'virtual' over 'physical.' And if do, we may switch all agents over to a 'virtual' for better accuracy and a cost reduction.
