Bio

I joined CallMiner in 2017 as part of the Marketing department.  I was totally new to engagement analytics and it has been fascinating to learn about the incredible insights that can be pulled from contact center conversations. I'm continually impressed with all of the ways our customers use these insights to improve their business and provide a better experience for both their customers and employees.
