But one of the key ways of monitoring success or failure in gamification is through the use of customer engagement analytics. With these analytics, you can see in much more granular detail what actions your users are taking. This can reveal connections that, in turn, demonstrate whether the established incentives are leading to the actions you want. If the answer is no, it's time to adjust.
