Who here is using CallMiner for Marketing purposes? How are you using CallMiner for Marketing? What are some best practices gleaned?
Some of the insights we're looking to glean from our customers for marketing purposes is: what kinds of pricing they expect/want/need, competitors they have/are considered/considering, products/equipment they are looking for, their expectations around contracts/agreements (or the lack thereof), etc. Hopefully that helps all of you out there in the EO universe. Our end goal is to not only improve our sales conversion rate, but to simultaneously increase the number of leads coming into our call centers.

Check to see if you have customers who are calling to negotiate price who actually end up canceling. If you are calling to negotiate price, you probably want the service; you just aren't feeling the love with a recent price increase or the end of a promotional offer caused some sticker shock. Perhaps your marketing teams can do more to explain the value of the product or create specialized offers that prevent cancellation while still increasing monthly rev gen.
